Responsible for IT infrastructure monitoring and management services such as server services, software application management, monitoring, debugging and applying code fixes; operating system monitoring and updates; installation of service packs and software updates; reporting issues and resolutions to client; monitoring disk space utilization, CPU utilization, and memory utilization. Create infrastructure as code for public and private clouds. Fix data warehousing performance management reports using various BI tools such as Cognos, Tableau, Qlikview. Write SQL code and stored procedures using relational databases including Oracle and SQL Server.
