Responsibilities:
Network Engineer – Piscataway, NJ
As Solution Architect for Company’s Data Centre: manage and maintain remote sites of Company and its direct clients across US; review client provided high level design, cross-reference with bill-of-materials and conduct gap analysis for specific sites as part of the Global LAN Refresh project; prepare hardware/device redundancy matrix, HLD and LLD detailed design documents and review with client; prepare code recommendations for each of the hardware platforms based on the bug-scrubs with desired features running; upgrade or downgrade firmware for switches and other systems/appliances based on the design; work on all network and security with high end platforms including Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, BGP, OSPF.
Requirements:
Masters in Telecommunications, Information Technology or Electronics/Electrical Engineering. (Will accept Bachelor’s and 5 years of work experience as Network Engineer, Network Administrator, Network Architect or Consultant (involving network engineering) or any suitable combination of experience/education/training.)
